What causes migraine , fever , black mucus stool and light head ? - fever, mucus in stool

Whenever my body is warm, I have a headache and dizziness. My black stools with mucus in it, I frequent urinary tract infections and fever. I'm always thirsty and nausea, especially in the morning until early afternoon nite.
