I want to start running again, but I have bad knees & ankles. What should I do? - bad knees and iron deficiency
I had bad knees and ankles since high school. Now I'm in school and now want to work harder. In particular I would like to start running. I'm running or jogging one miles about once a week, but my ankle gives me half way (usually up to more) later. I have an ankle and knee during the race and make sure you are not unreasonable. It can be any type of shoes should I search? Any other suggestions?
